The original twelve housemates entered the House on Day 1. Ian became the first Head of Household, and within thirty minutes had to make his nominations; he chose Amalia and Nick. The Quatro and 4x4 alliances formed, and seemed at odds from the start. Sam was nominated as a replacement nominee for Nick, but the 4x4 alliance flipped the vote and evicted Amalia. Brian and Camila, the wildcard housemates, entered the House after the eviction on Day 9. Jasmin was the second to be evicted, the first member of Quatro to go. Though the alliance won the next Head of Household competition, they were blindsided once more in that week's eviction vote. The first double eviction of the season took out two more members of Quatro, leaving Chelsea as the last remaining member of the alliance.

The House was now split in half, with the Girl Power alliance of Brooke, Camila, and Chelsea forming to go against the other six housemates. The trio came into power and set their sights on evicting Sam this week. Despite their intentions, Monica was evicted instead. Sam became the new Head of Household, and nominated two of the women for eviction. Though hope seemed lost for the group, Max decided to flip on the majority and help the women survive the week. He hoped to remain in the middle of the two alliances. They convinced Sam that Brian was attempting to turn on the group, and he was ultimately backdoored that week. The women came into power during the second double eviction, and evicted Nick from the House. Sam came into power once again the next week, resulting in Brooke and Camila being this week's final nominations. Though Camila had the votes to stay, Brooke won the wildcard competition and managed to flip the vote to evict Camila.

Now in the final five, the men and women began to realize that Max was playing the entire House. Brooke came into power, and nominated Max and Sam for eviction. Though the women saw Sam as a threat, they believed that Max would stick with the men over the women. In addition, he was a strong contender to win the jury vote. Max was evicted that week. Michael won the next Head of Household competition, but Chelsea won the final Power of Veto and evicted his closest ally from the House. Chelsea and Michael won the first two rounds of the final Head of Household competition. Though Michael attempted to make a deal with her, she won the competition and chose to take Brooke to the end. Chelsea was seen as a more social player, having taken the time to make personal bonds with those inside and out of her alliance. She was crowned the winner in a five to two jury vote.
