Tom Lewis
Tom Lewis was a housemate on the third season of Sims Big Brother. He entered the House on Day 1. Tom won the first competition of the season, granting the sole power to evict one housemate of his choice. With this power, he orchestrated The Committee alliance which ran the first half of the game. He had a close inner alliance with Hakeem and Izaak, and a somewhat romantic friendship with Preston. He was targeted multiple times due to his leading role in the alliance, ultimately being evicted from the House on Day 38. He came in ninth place.
Biography[edit | edit source]
Thomas "Tom" Lewis was born and raised in Rhode Island. He was the son of a police officer and a housemaker. He grew up in a middle class family, and had a fairly easy life. He and his high school sweetheart were engaged to be married, but broke up only weeks before the wedding due to unfaithfulness on her part. This was his motivation to apply for the series. He was a fan of the series, and cited Stallone Morales as his favorite former housemate. His strategy going into the game was to form an alliance of mixed gender, allowing them to spread across the House and keep one another safe. He hoped to use the prize money to buy a new home and pay off his debts, should he win the series. He was cited as a strong contender to win the show after the series premiered.
Tom entered the House on Day 1. He was the winner of the Power Player competition that night, granting him the sole eviction vote that week. Though he was unsure of who to target, he was soon informed of lies that Suki had been spreading about him and others around the House. He chose to evict her on Day 3. While in power, he formed The Committee alliance. Though it started out as a group of six, it was extended to nine housemates. He had close bonds with Hakeem and Izaak, and a romantic relationship at times with Preston. Though Tom identified with straight, he did admit to having "confusing" feelings for him. When Jade chose to flip on The Committee, she nominated Tom against Preston, citing Tom as her target that week. He managed to get the votes to stay that week, though lost his closest ally. Tom continued to be the ringleader of the remaining members of the alliance, and was crucial in keeping the group together. He was once more nominated in the sixth week, and was evicted from the House on Day 38. He came in ninth place.
Upon exiting the House, Tom was met with a mixed reaction from fans. Though his Committee alliance was disliked by the public, Tom and Preston's relationship had gained a fan following before the latter's eviction. He has made some appearances on The Big Brother Mash-Up, though overall has returned to a normal life after the show.
